Therapy

Who do you work with?+

I work with adolescents and adults in Texas, including people navigating anxiety, depression, identity, body image, cultural and family stress, relationships, and performance pressure.

Do you take insurance?+

Insurance participation can depend on the practice and your plan. We’ll confirm current options, rates, and any out-of-pocket cost before you begin.

How does the free consultation work?+

It’s a 15-minute conversation about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

Are sessions confidential?+

Yes, with standard legal and safety exceptions. We’ll review privacy, informed consent, and the limits of confidentiality before treatment begins.

Personal training

Can therapy and training be combined?+

No. They are offered as separate services with separate roles and boundaries. Personal training is never psychotherapy.

Is training virtual?+

Remote programming and accountability options are available. Exact formats and current capacity are discussed during consultation.

What if I’m starting from zero?+

Perfectly fine. Your plan starts at your current ability and builds from there—no judgment, no need to get fit before getting support.
